    I stewed 2 potatoes in 1.5 cups of water with 1 table spoon of masala 1.5 teaspoon salt (I don’t take much salt, you can add more if you want)

    Optional chili spice

    I went heavy on garlic, maybe a fat tablespoon of crushed garlic, you can go more or less (you can add more herbal ingredients if you want)!

    I also did not use any oil! It’s super healthy, but if you want you can pre-fry the potato chunks in a tablespoon of oil (or more if you want an oily stew)
