It's usually very difficult to capture a nice bottomless shot, but this morning I found out that the best way was to film it and export a frame.
Guatemalan light roast. 20gr in 42gr, 55 second total w/26s pre-infusion.

I also find it’s easier to get the right angle when using a larger (triple) basket, so the bottom of the basket is level with the bottom of the portafilter.

No sarcasm here I’m impressed. How did you test into that? What’s your starting point? Are you doing 5 second increments?
