Asafoetida : 1/8 tsp
Curry leaves : 2 sprigs
Salt : to taste
Jaggery : a small piece
Ghee : 1 tsp
Coconut oil : 1 tsp
Cumin seeds : 1 tsp
Black pepper : 3/4 tbsp
Dried red chilies : 3 nos
Curry leaves : 3 sprigs
Coconut oil : 2 tbsp
Urad dal : 1.5 tbsp
Grated coconut : 1 cup
Curry leaves : 3 sprigs + 3 sprigs
Ghee : a small tsp
