Meal prepping a week's worth of food since my husband will be away M-F for work. Each meal comes out to about $3!
Meals include chow mein/pancit canton, minced chicken with rice, tamagoyaki, veggies, and dumplings. Not pictured is breakfast: rice with bacon or smoked salmon, eggs, veggies, yogurt cups, and fruit cups.

We recently added a rule (#6) requiring either a recipe or list of ingredients, since it is so often requested. If you wouldn’t mind adding that we’d appreciate it!
I think I need to consider dessert prep in a major way!
