I hate that every groups things into broad categories…. This is medium rare, but I also do ribeyes medium rare, but I do as much over as yours is under.
If 0 is blue, rare is 2, med rare is 4, medium rare is 6, medium well 8, and well 10, this is a 3.2 to me. It’s med rare. It’s close enough that I wouldn’t give people shit for saying it’s rare, but I also think they’re wrong.
