This is a 3 layer cake. Top and bottom are pumpkin butter pecan cake, and the middle layer is actual crustless cheesecake. She made the frosting from scratch for it too – it is a cream cheese base mixed with maple bourbon syrup.
The cake is frosted and then sprinkled with crushed toasted Graham crackers and roasted bourbon maple glazed pecans. She hasn't seen it decorated yet, so shhhhhh.
