Smoked ghost pepper (and some others) and mango hot sauce. Too bad my printer sucks.

    The other 2 peppers are habanero and lemon drop. Took me a while to cook it down to a non-lethal spice level. Still EXTREMELY hot and makes the mouth water but doesn’t linger uncomfortably long and with a nice rounded flavor (balanced out by carrots, onion, and a little bit of butternut squash).

    What did you do after you smoked them? I just got a bunch of peppers and want to do something with them!
