“gental pat” burgers. Just because you cooked them on a griddle doesn’t make them a smash burger.

Gimme a double stack with cheese and a Miller Lite!

Fell out of love with football a few years ago but I’ll still eat all those

    “That’s what Maryland does!”

  5. I was doing smash like this at first and they came out better than forming a party in my experience. I called them thick smash burgers. Used bigger balls (hehe) and smashed till like 3/4″ thick.

Higher heat and smash those into the grill man!

Not a smash burger. These are medium thickness.

Nice! Share a Pic once you smash them.

My smashburgers never get that much char on them and I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. The griddle is on the highest heat and I smash them thin as hell. The edges get a little crispy but I dont get the maillard reaction as much as I want.

Imagine calling these smash burgers. I’m guessing you don’t know football either.

They look good but definitely aren’t smash burgers lol

Were you planning to cook these with just warm fuzzy feelings ?

Plate doesn’t look hot enough to seal and char.
