Hi guys. I made my first loaf of bread recently. It was very delicious, and the texture was great. I followed Brian Lagerstrom's recipe for his Boule. The poolish was only 24hrs old. I also didn't let the loaf completely cool down, I think I only waited 2 hours. I'll make sure to let it completely cool next time.

    Looks good! I also just made a poolish sourdough! mine fermented a bit longer😅 and I didn’t quite get that rise while baking.
