  1. Ingredients:
    1 whole rotisserie chicken, deboned
    3/4 cup avocado oil mayo
    Salt & pepper
    1 lemon, juiced
    4 stalks celery, finely grated
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp smoked paprika
    1/2 tsp onion powder

    Directions:
Debone the rotisserie, removing all skin and bones, then transfer the meat to a stand mixer.
Use the paddle attachment and set it on medium speed for a few minutes until it has broken up the chicken.

Then add the mayo, salt and pepper, lemon juice, celery, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and onion powder.

Mix again on medium speed until everything is combined. Then enjoy with crackers or on a sandwich!

  2. That's chicken paste, Bobby. A salad is made up of chopped ingredients. I prefer to chew my food, since my adult teeth came in now.

  3. Are you nuts? I haven't got all day or the ingredients. If I want chicken salad I'll by the ready made chicken salad at Costco. If I were to make it, I would buy the cooked rotisserie chicken at Costco and the avocado mayo and that's it.

  4. Never would have though lemon. That's way more of those spices, lol. I usually use boiled eggs and dill pickles, but curious to try this recipe
