My starter hasn’t risen at day 7. I gave up and haven’t fed it for two days, which may have been a mistake since it apparently takes 2 weeks for it to mature. Wondering if I can feee it today like nothing happened and it’ll pick back up.. any advice welcome

Made a loaf with the discard on the same day I decided to give up ahaha

Turned out pretty well. I wanted a deeper crust. Not sure if it’s the flour I chose or if I just didn’t bake it unsealed for long enough.
