I’m usually pretty picky about.How people reverse sear on this sub. You did a really nice job.This is a very nice medium rare even from side to side, with a great looking seared crust. Nice work sir.
If I am a offer one tiny bit of constructive criticism. Try to not use flash when you’re photographing food. The flash on phones is typically a bluish color.
