Grilled Portobello Mushroom Burgers
Ingredients:
1 Portobello mushrooms – 2 large caps
2 Olive oil – 1 tbsp
3 Balsamic vinegar – 1 tbsp
4 Garlic – 1 clove minced
5 Burger buns – 2
6 Lettuce – 2 leaves
7 Tomato – 1 sliced
8 Red onion – 2 slices
9 Mustard or mayo to taste
10 Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
1 In a small bowl, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper
2 Brush the mixture onto the Portobello mushrooms and grill them for 5-7 minutes on each side
3 Toast the burger buns on the grill
4 Assemble the burgers with the grilled mushrooms, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and your choice of mustard or mayo
