Hi. Very good effort congratulations and welcome. To comment fully need more detail of recipe and method. To me it looks overhydrated and over proofed
Looks good! Guessing you cut it before it fully cooled? That’s when mine gets glossy like that. Regardless, looks delicious!

Looks very nice. And if you cut it while it was still warm, I do it all the time. There are some people on here who will wait for a whole day, but I think that’s borderline lunacy. I would never do that. Why? Because what’s better than fresh warm bread? Yours looks good.
