Wife is a tea drinker throughout the day so got her a dedicated Turkish tea kettle. Next up is the machine itself that needs an upgrade! Saving up for something nice.
Everything in my setup is linked here if interested.
And yes I know the knives are scary for some but they help make delicious food!

I was going to comment on how much I like your second knife, but then some low hanging fruit caught my eye and I can’t unsee it
Beautiful knives.
Ayeeee we got the same set up!
Are the knives for people who don’t like your espresso?😃
Off topic but looking at replacing/upgrading my current knives. Thoughts on the kurosaki?
His and hers cups, eh? 🤣
Fun knives! I like knives, too, and occasionally do some side work in that space, making mag bars when I come across interesting lumber.
Dude, the setup is good, but I love your excel sheet!! Amazing detail!!
Knives, for when your grinder breaks down and you want to chop your beans
What are your thoughts on the upgrades you made? I have a BBE and was thinking about upgrading the grinder and portafilter before jumping to a new machine.
Chops finer
Do you use the cleaver to chop your beans?
You’re chopping your beans instead of grinding?
Do you have an ID on your cabinet?
What’s that Turkish kettle? I have an old stovetop one from a relative but that looks electric??
I also like to cut my espresso grinds into lines and snort it, the flavors hit harder in your olfactory.
Whats that kettle? Looks like a samowar type thing
Nice setup! And knifes!
He chop his own beans , grinder is just an accessories lol
Cool setup! How have you gotten your WDT to dangle from/by your tamper?
I’ll downvote if you don’t share details about the knives starting from the left /s
But everything is beautiful. Please do mention the details about the knives though this is an espresso sub 🙏
Strange question… what are the dimensions of that table?
Is there a particular reason ur knife rack is where it is? Your food prep workflow must be awkward to say the least?
ID on the leftmost knife? Looks like a gyuto with wa-handle but it’s strangely long like a yanagiba.
Knives stored blade up give me the fear!
butcher coffee beans to the finest settings.
