It's freshly baked yesterday, so it's definitely not mould or anything. Is it just some flour that didn't integrate?

Just unmixed flour

Did you see any white specs in the dough before you baked it? Ordinarily, when I see any I just crush them between my fingers to make them mix in with the surrounding dough.

Unhydrated flour, it happens if you fold excess flour in while kneeding
everything_is_stup1d
unmixed flour/dehydrated flour/u sifyed flour/some yeast not stirred in well

Pieces of flour that didn’t get kneaded in

My mixer sometimes does not mix the dough in the bottom correctly and leaves little chunks of unmixed flour. It’s kind of a pain to hand mix at that point but it’s what I do. I have found that putting the water in the mixer first then the flour on top, usually fixes this issue.
