As a certified blue rare enjoyer, I always wonder what kind of black magic fuckery spain manages to do to keep steaks damn near perfectly blue rare, with a relatively small gray banding, an excellent sear, and STILL keep it warm at the table.
si eres en Bakio, necesitas a entender Euskera? o no es importante si hablas Castellano? (me encantaría visitar al País Vasco pero no hablo Euskera)
