Wow they look yum and a good size as well! In my neighborhood I have a store with good bagels that are a good size but in the neighborhood that I work in, so far the bagel stores I tried have much smaller bagels, not as good and more expensive, which sucks for me. Where are you located? We need you in Brooklyn!

Your bagels look fabulous! My local bagel place is under new management. The bagels are so pale! My standard order has always been “a dark poppy seed bagel.” Well non of the bagels are dark. I have to find a new place. 😕. They should take a page out of your book to learn what a bagel should look like.
