1.25 lb ribeye for $13 from food lion ๐Ÿ˜

Home raised eggs from a friend's grandmother ๐Ÿ˜

Reverse seared in oven at 275 for 20 min, rest for 10 min, seared in a ripping hot cast iron pan for 1.5 min each side.

Food lion has some decent ribeyes and they arenโ€™t a bad price. It definitely does the trick

i’ve never had this tbh bc of health reasons. but, i’ve seen steaks basted in butter constantly is that a better duo? maybe someday i’ll throw caution to the wind. that said, upvote for a nice sear and pink interior.
