She looks pretty, is moist enough but is quite bland. I tried a simple recipe just to have a control, but I want to add more flavor next time. Maybe seasonings, oil, garlic, olives… fun suggestions? I’ll probably make a sourdough starter since it’s my fav.

I also burned the bottom so I’ll try placing a baking sheet between oven bottom and Dutch oven bottom to disperse heat.
