The Italian word for meatballs is “polpette”. Everything shaped in a ball is a polpetta. The essential ingredients is bread more than meat. This open to endless possibilities today I’m going for the most classic recipe:

3 eggs
100g parmigiano
200g breadcrumbs
Salt, pepper and parsley to taste
