First try at Pizza at home

Using baking Steele in home oven. Had them on a 16” screen at first and then took out the screen after 3 minutes.

    Sauce was supposed to go under the cheese or i am tripping?

    Edit: Thanks for clarification, everyone! I really never thought of using sauce on top of toppings, but now, i am sure i will try it!

    Nice. Reminds me of manco’s in Ocean City. I didn’t know there were other shops doing the spiral sauce on top.

    Your crust looks great. I always add sauce on top of sliced provolone.

    Any details on the dough and the bake time? That bottom is what I’m chasing. The top could use more of a bake but it looks like a great starting point

    Looks great!! Way better than my first pizza which stuck to my pizza stone causing the whole surface to be blackened
