Meal prepping only with what I got left….

    Here is some kind of meal prep, I tried to do some cooking with only what I got left at home.

    Chicken balls :

    Mix chicken breast with breadcrumbs and some kind of chinese spice mix

    Sauce :

    Mix : oignon, carrot, celery, garlic, bell pepper, chilli pepper

     

    Cook vegetables for 10 minutes in lots of olive oil

    Put passata and chicken balls and a bit of lemon juice, cook a bit

    Put water and cook for 90 minutes

    Ajust taste during cooking time with salt and pepper

     

    I chose to use rice noodle and rice pasta, I put coriander and lemon at the end.
