Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Maple Sauce
1 pound fresh Brussels Sprouts
2 Tbsp melted butter
2 Tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
2 Tbsp maple syrup

Instructions
Cut Brussels sprouts in half and coat with melted butter and olive oil. Season them with salt and pepper and place on a greased baking tray. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes. In a small bowl mix together the mayonnaise and maple syrup. Pour over sprouts and mix to coat. Serve and enjoy.

    And add some good parmesean cheese after removing from oven. I think the addition of maple syrup sounds delicious

  3. I have a few favorite vegetables . Brussel sprouts are one of them. Roasting veggies is my favorite. Your recipe sounds so good. When you roasted for twenty minutes did they get good and tender? I like them tender.

  4. Oh how delicious. I love Brussel Sprouts, also Parsnips. My Mom made Roasted Parsnips when I was a Kid.

  5. Roasting the brussel sprouts makes a completely different vegetable than boiled or steamed ones. And oh, the maple takes it up a level.
