I subbed burgundy wine for cabernet because that's what they had at my store, and I also didn't use measurements for seasonings I measure with my heart ♥️
All in all it was pretty good! We even liked the dumplings which I wasn't sure about. Looks ugly as hell with them though, they expanded much more than I thought they would.
