First Affogato out of my BBP… new to world of making/brewing my own espresso but I’m already deep down the rabbit hole(hop hop). This is my first machine and I’m hooked, it’s taken me about a week of 2-4 shots a day to dial in my current bean to my liking and get consistent shots back to back but I’m here and not looking back. Any reason for going with dulce de leche instead of vanilla? I’ve only ever used vanilla, and suspect the espresso will shine through better without other rich overpowering flavours. How was it?
