• 5 Roma tomatoes

• 2 tomatillos

• Handful of medley grape tomatoes

• Half red onion

• 1 Poblano

• 3 Habanero

• 2 Serrano

• Cilantro, Kosher Salt, Lime, pinch of Cumin

• Bulb of sautéed garlic

All pulsed in a processor, poured in a molcajete for æsthetic (I promise I actually use it to make guacamole) and served with homemade corn tortilla chips fried in peanut oil.

The orange hue definitely fits with the Halloween vibe.

(I forgot to mention that almost everything was broiled to a soft char in the oven. I assume it wouldn’t need to be stated, but just to be safe.)

OMG this looks amazing! Also the ~ fall aesthetic ~ of the salsa with the yankee candle is so good. I wanna try making this, but I think I’d die if I did 3 habaneros 🤣 maybe 1 & an orange bell pepper?
