I put "chilli con carne" between quotation marks because my version is not exactly the most authentic way to make chilli con carne 😅

I used this recipe as a base, with some creative freedom: https://www.taste.com.au/recipes/healthy-chilli-con-carne-recipe/aetys7fe
– I didn't put any coriander in this (in fact, I never put any coriander in any of my dishes – I like my food not to taste like soap. Sorry, coriander lovers out there!)
– I used ground chicken instead of ground beef.
– I added cherry tomatoes.
– And the biggest change of all: I decided I have eaten way too much rice these past few weeks, so I boiled some potatoes and added them in instead.

Ingredients:
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1 onion
– 1 bellpepper
– 2 celery sticks
– 500g ground chicken
– 3 tsp Mexican spice mix
– 2 tsp ground cumin
– 1/2 cup red lentils
– 400g finely chopped tomatoes
– 400g black beans
– About 20 cherry tomatoes
– 500g potatoes

I will add Greek yoghurt and jalapeños too.

Just call it a chilli, you’re not losing anything by omitting “with meat” with this! 😂 Looks good though
