Fish collars are so good! Also made shishito peppers and snow pea greens.

    So good. Basically the seafood version of ribs/wings and usually significantly cheaper than fillets. Don’t need to be super delicate with them either they can take heat

    How long do you grill them for?

    About 5 mins on each side over medium high direct heat. Then 15 mins over indirect heat to get a smokey flavor and lets the fat render
