    OK I have heard wasabi is super hard to grow outdoors unless you’re in the PNW. But out of curiosity, did you grow it indoors? Or was it outdoors? I’ve wanted to try indoors but think it needs cooler temperatures

    Ooohhhh…. I’ve been growing wasabi for about a year and a half now and working up the courage to uproot some of them and grate them. Leaves are looking healthy and I think I have some decent roots in there but until you pull them you just don’t know, right? Any recommendations on what time of year to pull the roots?
