    I have a question: I've seen you talk about pans, utensils, and knives. I was wondering if you could do a short video on key oven and range features someone shouldn't overlook when purchasing new ones. We are in the process of remodeling the kitchen and we have been using the same gas stove for 30+ years. I watched the last video with rigatoni and the pan almost fell off the burner and you mention using your air forced oven in some videos. We're open to your suggestions on either gas or electric.

    You guys weren’t kidding about the flies – I could see them flying in the background and give you major props for even cooking outside with all of them buzzing around!
