Married Italian and Filipino cuisine with chicken adobo+ricotta ravioli and browned garlic butter

For the pasta dough, I always use 1 large egg for every 100 grams of flour, plus some olive oil and salt. Also my first time using a ravioli template which I will be using from now on. All the flavors worked! My Filipino mom said “I can’t believe you cooked this!”
