So bought a commercial grade machine (gemilai crm3149) things a beast at 25kilogram, quite the heavy machine as well as giant i think it can fit 8 delonghi dedica in its volume. Takes 3 mins to heat up its large boilers 550ml for brew group and 1 liter for steaming

The rest if the set up is the usual with the grinder being (Eureka silenzio)

As to why i chose that machine cuz a local coffee shop recommend it to me and have a white version of my machine. Its ben chugging well for 5 years i believed without issue (they on average consume 5 kilos of beans a day since its near my college with many students frequenting it including me)

And this is only for home use

  1. Even the rubbers on the syrup bottles, haha. I’d be fooled if it wasn’t for the wooden countertop and cabinets. I’m envious!

Looks nice and professional, neat setup indeed! However few immediate questions pop in my head:

    1. Are you going to utilize the machine, meaning are you the only one drinking coffee in the household? I imagine such a machine would be proper for at least 5 shots in the morning and 5 at lunch 😄 Hopefully you’re not the only coffee drinker.

    2. What’s the price that you paid, also what’s the wattage, this seems like a crazy consumption, wouldn’t it be better for a smaller machine that can produce the same quality of coffee?

  3. Curious why you have a mile of counter space between the grinder and machine? Wouldn’t it be more convenient to move it closer and have any coffee prep space to the side

Lovely setup. Enjoy it in good health

Western counterparts of that Gemilai machine will at least cost 2k. It looks like a dual boiler with PID and pressure control.

All I saw was the Nespresso glass 😂

I, too, got into this world through Nespresso
