Bought this hot sauce yesterday. I didn't expect it to be as hot as it says, and it wasn't, but I definitely wasn't disappointed. Rather mild heat, a really "nice" heat that didn't burn. Pleasant sweet taste, though I did think that the taste of onion was overpowering after some time. Glad I bought it though 🙂

These are my favourite hot sauce you can get from supermarkets. Not just hot but tasty imo. And some good choice. Work your way through all of them

Hey OP, if you ever get the chance and spot a bottle then buy one of these, it’s zingy with a garlicky hit and has a decent level of spice but nowhere near the amount their original Encona bottles have but this is very tasty

Pretty sure they don’t measure the spice level in the original seems like it gets hotter each bottle you buy
Encona do really reliable hot sauces, usually in any British supermarket or corner shop. I must say I get close to no “papaya” from this, but good nonetheless.
Yeah, the Encona Scotch Bonnet is a banging hot sauce!
Big Encona fan. I think a decent % of my blood is their West Indian Hot Pepper sauce.
Will definitely look out for this one next time I’m shopping.
