I've seen quite a few of your videos and I can tell that you truly know how to cook. You have a command of flavour that can only come from truly loving to eat.
There are so many food content creators who are perfectly good and competent cooks, but they don't have the talent for synthesizing new dishes, they need everything to be something they learned from a recipe, or a slight variation thereof.
I don't think I've seen a single video from you where I thought the recipe seemed boring or flat, and quite often they have clever inversions or additions that seem almost playful at times.
Other creators would be afraid to deviate to that degree, either because they have relatively basic taste themselves or to cater to the lowest common denominator of viewers.
I don't mean to talk down to those creators either, I think they do a lot of good and I'm really glad they're helping people familiarize themselves with cooking and what goes into making their favourite foods, but it always feels like they're making content for people who primarily either can't cook or aren't terribly confident in the kitchen. You make content that feels like it's aimed at those of us who love to cook and play around with classic flavours and recipes we've already made a thousand times. I know this comment comes off snobby, but I really don't mean it to. You just really can cook. Like truly.
