This is such an easy cake to bake. I have literally used one of the premade mixes for cheesecake you can get from any supermarket. What really makes it stand out is the decoration. I first cooked some raspberries with sugar and strained it to make a sauce and then put all different berries on top. It looks so beautiful and I have gotten so many compliments for it!! This is always my go-to cake and every time I go to someone's house/occasion where I should bring something I bring this cake and I swear people still talk about it months later!!

Gorgeous! You should finish the berries with 1 part corn syrup 1 part water for a beautiful shine!
It might not take much time, but it still takes creativity to put a bunch of fruit and make them seems artsy and not messy. I can’t do it 😀
