I made nut milk 2 days ago using coconut, sunflower seeds, cashews, and dates. It was white when I made it but separated into blue and yellow. Even when I shake it it’s very yellow. Smells and taste fine. Is it safe?

    Huh. Oxidation of some sort? Has it been refrigerated non-stop?
