Probably my 7th or 8th loaf overall now and really wanted some sandwiches size slices. Might be my new go to can’t wait to slice into this bad boy in a couple hours. Rose way more than I expected let out a huge sigh.
500g Bread flour
100g starter
375g water
12g Salt
My basic recipe but cold proof in the loaf pan for about 20 hours and then baked with a second loaf pan on top 450F for 30 mins and then no cover for ~12 mins
