Whenever we’re bored, my wife pushes me to make pita. So simple, and completely delicious. Make sure to go heavy on your “pinches” of salt.

Awwww! I love it, it’s magic! Have done tons of cast iron pitas, but still get absolutely ecstatic when they do this puff-up!

I’m jealous. I usually get a bunch of small bubbles, but rarely the single big one. Still tastes amazing, though, and irrelevant if I’m just using it as a medium for hummus.
