Here is a classic recipe, deliciously simple, to which I’m going to add my own twist – and it’s all prepared using only one pot! This recipe calls for tuna steaks, which can be expensive. Secondary cuts of tuna, such as tuna belly, can be used with results that are just as delicious. 1. These videos are priceless… I love every recipe you share… I've been a huge fan of yours since I was a kid (5-6)… I would take all the pots and pans, a butter knife, spoons and ladles… the entire kitchen… and I would set them on the floor in front of the TV and play chef with you … xo

  2. This seems like a difficult recipe…..you just made it very simple….Thanks for sharing……Joie de Vivre

  3. Great recipes always! I just returned from Italy (Verdi Festival in Parma), and the hams and cheeses, risotto and gnocchi were beyond this world! There were almost no meals with tomato sauce, which would surprise many Americans when they think of Italian food.
