Okay so I’m so aware that this video is so long (!) but I had originally captured just my first week of trying Methodology and felt it would be more honest of a review if I had more weeks and more data under my belt, so I kept it going (oops).

I’ve been looking to try a meal delivery service for a while now. Even though grocery shopping is one of my favorite hobbies (I can get lost in a Whole Foods for hours) I just don’t have the time every week to shop for fresh produce and meal prep it at home.
I also want variation in my (eat the rainbow as they say) but with a two-person household, it’s a lot of work to buy and prep all the different foods.

I’ve been trying Methodology meals for a few weeks and decided to share the meals and my thoughts thus far!
