This was my third meal at Atomix and my favorite so far. The additional service elements of the welcome presentation and ingredient passes during the meal heightened an already exceptional dining experience. The sauce work was particularly strong, pushing flavor and complimenting each course. Several ingredients were repeated in dishes throughout the meal, creating a consistent theme and ability to compare use between dishes. As always, the menu cards provide detail, color and beautiful commentary on the purpose, intent and contents of the courses and a box is provided for the diner to bring these cards home.
I continue to praise Atomix for its constant creativity and ability to create new menus season after season which highlight ingredients while concurrently telling a compelling story about the past and present of Korean food.

I disliked this place but am almost tempted to go back just in case I went on an off night
