Pasta in White Sauce
Recipe in English:

Ingredients
-Oil 1 tbs
-Gajar (Carrot)1/2 cup
-Sweet corn 1/2 cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) strips 1 medium
-Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed ½ tsp
White Sauce:
-Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) 2 Cups
-Dried oregano 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Cheddar cheese grated 2 tbs
-Pasta (boiled) 200gms

Directions:
-Boiled pasta as per packet instructions & set aside.
-In frypan add capsicum carrot , sweet corn and sauté for 1 minute.
-Add red chili crushed,mix well & set aside.
White Sauce:
-In same frypan,add butter and let it melt,add all-purpose flour and mix well for 1 minute.
-Gradually milk and mix continuously until smooth & sauce thickens.
-Add dried oregano,black pepper powder,salt and cheddar cheese & mix well.
Assembling:
-In white sauce,add stir-fried vegetables,boiled pasta and give it a good mix.
-Sprinkle dried oregano and serve.
