I was badly missing Italy the other day and saw some pancetta in my freezer so I decided to stir up this creamy Carbonara Which is always a great idea!

Ingredients-
Handful of pancetta or bacon or any other cured meat
Water for boiling pasta
Drizzle of olive oil
Salt to taste
1 egg
1 egg yolk
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese or more
Pasta water
75 g spaghetti
Pepper to taste
