I failed multiple times with starter in past years, but I’m so determined to have my own starter.
After 15 days of feeding. I baked my first loaf today . For some reason after I baked it, it didn’t look round as I wished
Is there any tip to make it better?

Do you mean round or like it flattened out as it was cooking?

That’s a good first bake, well done. Look at that blistered and crispy crust!

Be patient with your young starter, it’s only gonna get better. It need to develop some more strength, but it’s getting there.

Post recipe and method, and we can try to help out.

It looks delicious to me!!! Well done! As for it expanding into an oval, you might want to try to score it in an “X” rather than a single vertical slash, since that will make it expand into an oval.
