    Maybe visually the food colours would pop more if the plate would be blue or turquoise? I am no expert or chef so please do not see this as criticism.

    Love this dish and presentation!

    Only personally, I would’ve removed the main steam from the tomato. I do enjoy how it looks, but I feel it might be a barrier for the person eating it.

    They would have to move around it or remove it to enjoy the dish.

    Beautiful and well executed dish! I bet it is delicious!
