There is no more iconic deli in NYC, or perhaps more iconic restaurant in NYC, than Katz’s Delicatessen. More colloquially known as Katz’s Deli, this New York City iconic restaurant is known for a legendary Pastrami on rye sandwich, an incredible corned beef, and other amazing items. The Katz’s Deli hot dogs are incredibly underrated, and the matzoh ball soup also often flies under the radar. In this re-review, we won’t just try the pastrami which everyone does. We will try many items on the menu to offer a comprehensive review.

This is our second review of Katz’s Deli NYC and we of course got the famous Katz’s pastrami on rye sandwich, and we chose to wash it down this time with a delicious chocolate egg cream. The Katz’s pastrami recipe and the Katz’s corned beef recipe must be under lock and key, as those foods are absolutely out of this world. Is this the the best Jewish Deli in NYC? I would argue it’s not just the best Jewish Deli near me or in the New York area, I would argue it’s one of the best Jewish Delis in the USA, and probably the best Jewish Deli in the world! And I’ve eaten Jewish delis all around America, and even in Canada, so I know a thing or two!

  1. I couldn't think of a better way to celebrate 70K subs than to return to the restaurant that got me my first 100K view vid. Thanks for all the support in getting the channel here. Hopefully we hit 100K subs someday!

  2. ok i know its katz but surely that's just ripping people off with those prices.
there's no excuse to charge 6 bucks for a hotdog .Say o well that's katz deli but if everyone does that prices will keep going up.The prices went up that high in the first place to rip or tourists

  3. I genuinely loved hearing how this food lifted you up "emotionally". (I used to get sushi with someone who used to be a good friend and for a while, the sushi was really something that was very comforting for me). I also appreciate your visiting another Jewish deli (again) and kudos on the use of the word "mensch" in the video :).

  4. Stop nitpicking about the bread. You didn't critique the bread before, but now it's not up to par for you? The sandwich is fine. It broke apart because you held it with one hand. Nobody is going to be holding the sandwich with one hand so there's no need for you to tell people to hold it with both hands.

  5. Hey UA how about that place in Garfield NJ been there and to be honest for half the price I dont know if I like Katz's more

  6. The food looks incredible! I want to try a chocolate egg cream and a vanilla egg cream, someday. The hot dog seems amazing. Congrats on hitting the 70K mark!

  7. Just a note, Katz's mustard is not considered spicy brown. It's "Deli Mustard." If you want a similar deli mustard look for Batampte Deli Mustard at Shop Rite stores in their deli department.

  8. I know you’re trying to be considerate, but in diners and lower end spots, buying a tripod might help you film.

  9. for the guy in the green adidas hoody, STOP BEING A FKN WEIRDO. audience, don’t be that man 😂🙄😐
