Made a mushroom + brie burger w/spicy mayo using Torchbearer’s Mushroom Mayhem sauce
Side of maple glazed carrots and brussel sprouts. Burger was turkey.

Brie is slept on as a burger/hot sandwich cheese. My absolute favorite cheese for a cheeseburger.
