Really happy with how pizzas are turning out on the BGE.

600 indirect for 7-8 minutes. Pizza steel is raised up on the expander. Homemade sourdough crust. Kids gobbled it up.

    Solid result. I almost burned my face off making a pizza on the egg long ago. I have learned, and improved lol.
