I have the pressure in the right place, and this machine does its own tamping so it’s pretty perfect for a noob but there’s always ways to improves

  1. Take control of your dosing. Dont fill the hopper, weight out your beans (look up RDT) and weigh your shot, stop it at the desired ratio.
